Great pattern...but watch the hip area

I bought this pattern for my 20yr old daughter. I noticed right away that it seemed 'hippy'. She is very thin, I cut my fabric about 2 inches slimmer on each side and it was still too big in the hips....so definitely keep that in mind when sewing the dress if you don't have hips or butt! Other than that the pattern is easy to follow, great photos, step by step instructions and it turns out gorgeous. I will definitely make the dress again.
