Difficulty Rating: Intermediate

If your little princess is dreaming of glass slippers, Elora's is the perfect pattern to create the look she wants! Elora's features a full shoulder sash, a fitted bodice using buttons on the V back, and a full double-layer skirt. The princess skirts are attached to the waistline with a V in both front and back, and you won't believe how easy it is to achieve this perfect princess look! You can use any woven fabric for the bodice and underskirt, such as cotton, taffeta, or satin. For the over skirt and shoulder sash you can use any sheer fabric, such as organza for full coverage and poof, or chiffon for a more drapey, soft look. If your princess wants a simple sleeveless version, you can leave the sheer off altogether. Whichever options you choose, your results will be enchanting! This pattern includes an option for an AA/A cup bodice using side darts. The sky is the limit, now lets see what YOU can do with it!!

Here is what you receive:

Measurements for sizes 7/8 to 15/16 girls.

Thorough, uncomplicated step-by-step instructions accompanied by color photos that allow you to follow along with ease from start to finish.

Computer drawn pattern pieces you can print over and over again; no more patterns that rip or tear!

.

Please note that PDF patterns differ from traditional sewing patterns, and not all PDF designers have the same style. We prefer to give measurements for simple rectangles instead of rectangular pattern pieces to save your time, paper, ink, and tape. You will only receive pattern pieces for curved portions of the garment, and you will follow the cutting chart for the remaining pieces.

  1. beautiful dress my daughter loves it. 4 Star Review

Posted by on 16th Oct 2015

I really love how well the instructions were thoughtfully done. As a pretty novice seamstress I can see where a few improvements could be made and that is 1.) maybe tips on how best to cut the tulle. That alone took me 45 minutes.
    2) it took me a while to understand how to sew the tulle together. The way it is explained did not make sense without pictures but once i carefully read it a few times I got it no problem so I could just be me.
And 3) I kinda wish the bottom of the skirt was a little fuller but that would probably make the pattern a lot more complex.
Overall. I absolutely love this pattern and highly recommend it to everyone.❤️

What a perfect dress! I love that CKC makes patterns that enables us to sew princess dresses for our older girls, too. This one is beautiful and does not disappoint!
