I absolutely love these leggings! I was wondering how long it would take to make but it was faster than I thought! I love the bow and roushing at the bottom

The ruching can be done with any stretch fabric, from cozy fleece to comfortable lighter weight knits, and the pattern details two methods (shirring or elastic) to help you create this look with either technique.
