Tamara's Tulip Dress will be a wonderful pattern to add to your spring and summer wardrobe! This dress includes a tulip-shaped maxi skirt and a looser, dolman-shaped top. It also includes instructions for adding elastic to the waist. You can use this pattern for so many looks from beach wear to a night out on the town.
