Brooke’s Bubble Shorts will be the go to shorts pattern for summer!  Brooke’s features a flat front waistband with a low-rise in the front and a higher rise in the back for the perfect fit.  The pattern calls for a standard width leg cuff or directions for a custom fit leg cuff for a more fitted look.
