    my go to dress

Posted by Tina Rodriquez on 3rd Mar 2016

This is my go to dress to make due to the many options it offers. Before this dress I had never added sleeves on a dress but I was confident with it because of the easy to read and follow instructions. My daughter now has a sleeveless and short sleeve version. Absolutely love this pattern.

    Best birthday dress!

Posted by Robyn Dodge on 3rd Mar 2016

My daughter wanted a fancy dress for her birthday. Celeste and CKC to the rescue! The pattern is well written and easy to follow. I used the sweetheart option and love the ruffles. With so many options, this is one pattern you can use over and over and not tire of!

    Beautiful Dress

Great pattern ! I made the sleeveless version with regular bodice for an Easter dress . I love the pouf that you can add to the dress. It really is a classic timeless dress and the well written pattern makes it a joy to sew.

    Sleeveless option

Posted by Tahnee on 23rd Nov 2015

Easy tutorial, beautifully finished pattern. Make me look like a better seamstress than I am! My only complaint, this is the first CKC pattern I have purchased that didn't have a size chart based on chest measurements. Instead it had a finished garment size. I was unsure which size to choose because I didn't know how much ease to include. I wanted the bodice fitted but worried it would be too small.

    Really versatile pattern

Posted by Unknown on 8th Nov 2015

I really like the long sleeve version of this pattern. This is the first one I will make, since it is cooler weather now. But I plan to make the sleeveless version in the spring. I have read the instructions and find them easy to follow. I may find it easier to put elastic rather than a cuff on the sleeve. This is a really cute pattern and will make up either casual or dressy. The instructions are easy to follow.
