Author's Note: We are so thrilled to share this blog tutorial for making Elf Clothes from 2016's 12 Days of Christmas as part of our 2021 Countdown to 12 Days of Christmas on the CKC Blog! We have so many wonderful blog patterns to share! Check out our blog index for more! And be sure to come back on December 1st for 12 all-original patterns! Happy Sewing! --- Meg
One of my favorite traditions at CKC is our 12 Days of Christmas! This is our fourth year doing it and we still have loads of awesome projects to share with you. To start off with a bang, we have something very special for you and the little people in your home!
That's right! Now you can make some unique little outfits for your Elf on the Shelf. Just think of all the possibilities that just opened up for your little rascal. So. Stinkin'. Fun.
You can download the pattern for free and it includes the instructions and pieces for a top, pants, skirt, and dress. That's all you need for a zillion different combinations on your elf!
Tiffany V. put these adorable little patterns together and you will be excited to hear that they're just as quick and easy to sew as they are cute! They will be no problem at all to sew up during naptime or school time. Or you could even involve the kiddos if you want!
And of course the little clothes fit great. Are you ready to get started?!

Now you're all set. Just print the pieces and follow the instructions. This is a great project for using up those scraps.
We can't wait to see what outfits YOU make with these patterns! Please come share your photos in our patterns group when you're done.
Have fun, but watch out for those elves -- they might catch on to your craftiness and play along while you're not looking.
