Quick, easy, no-fail top

This was my go-to top for cute school outfits when my daughter was in kindergarden. It's adorable in any fabric and a fun way to customize her wardrobe with her favorite printed fabric, because the tops look adorable with leggings or ruffle pants, and don't take tons of fabric or time.
