Patsy's Petticoat Sizes 7/8 Kids to 5X Adults PDF Pattern
$6.00
No dress is complete without a big, poofy petticoat to make it a complete showstopper. The best part about this pattern is that it's completely customizable to fit any length from 15" to 26". With the measurements you can make it a simple petticoat to act as a slip and give a little poof or double the measurements and get a big, full, and poofy petticoat. Directions on how to finish seams with satin ribbon or embellish with lace are included. Also can be made out of cottons for a fun twirly skirt. The sky is the limit, now lets see what YOU can do with it!!
