The optional bow detail is a bow-tiful addition for a unique accent, whether it’s sandal season or peeking over boot tops. The ruched panels below the knee give you the perfectly scrunched leg-warmer look without the sag. The form fitting leggings feature a yoga-style waistband for comfort and style. The ruching can be done with any stretch fabric, from cozy fleece to comfortable lighter weight knits, and the pattern details two methods (shirring or elastic) to help you create this look with either technique.

Fun Sew
