    Stormy's is a relatively easy and quick sew, and the outcome is super cute!!! I already have 3 more cut out and ready to be sewn.

    I found Stormy to be a quick sew with a length that is great for school. I really liked the directions for the pleating of the skirt - very specific and easy to follow. This is a great pattern for beginning sewers.

    No pattern pieces, nice fit, a few different options. Goes perfect with the Bebe vest.
