Level beginner may be misleading ..

I bought both the baby and older version. The baby tawny is an intermediate level, I assume this is because you have to make a placket. I think the amount of gathering you have to do is a bit hard if it's not something you're accustomed to. Both dresses are gorgeous and I love them both but some things could be easier

    Twirltastic

This pattern was easy to follow and is a big hit with my twirl loving 5-year-old. I left the sleeves without elastic at her request so she could be "an angel". It was fast to put together and i love that it can be made to be more trendy and fun or simple and elegant depending on fabric choice.

One of my favorite patterns ever!

I absolutely love this pattern. It is easy to construct and I feel like it will always be in style. It's very boutique and can be personalized to make your own. You can use several colors, or just one for all different looks. The way the bottom ruffles are constructed is a real fabric saver and I was able to make all 4 I have made so far with fabric from my stash. A perfect way to sew through some of the hoard and make my girl lovely pieces.
