Perfect OTT Pattern
I enjoyed making this dress, its easy to make modifications if wanted so its versatile. It wasnt a quick sew, Id say it took about 10 hours (Im also a slow sewer and take lots of breaks lol). The completed dress is so stunning though. All the ruffles are just amazing, so worth it. Cant wait to make many more!!!

I completed this dress during a sew along for it. The directions were very clear and i had a great time making it. The ruffles, although time consuming, turn out beautiful when completed. Dont let them scare you. If your looking for something thats eye catching, girly and has a twirl factor this dress is for you! P.s. my daughter thinks its great!

Beautiful pattern
I did a sew along for this pattern. The bodice is very easy to construct. The ruffles are a lot of work but worth it in the end. One thing I did different than the instructions was to only sew the ruffle piece to the front bodice and then enclosed the seam with the lining.

Although it can be challenging at times , there a couple videos to help you through! I have a love hate relationship with ruffles, but will definitely be making more! Such a rewarding project. Definitely kid approved !

It's worth every sew!
This is the 1st time I sew up Blanche. It is definitely tedious since it has 4 layers of ruffles. But believe me! You will not regret it! The end product is simply stunning! If you want to feel talented, purchase a copy of your Blanche today! It's worth your effort and sleepless nights
