Fancy’s Bow Collar Pleated Dress is a woven dress with eye-catching tailored details. The double layered square collar gathers at the front center to create a gorgeous bow detail. The fitted bodice has a button or snap closure. Choose a sleeveless, short sleeve with cuff or long sleeve with cuff option. The skirt features knife pleats.
