cute final product
this is a nice, simple sew, but I was disappointed to find out that most CKC patterns don't actually include pattern pieces, instead, just measurements. Sadly, I had already sewn a dress like this by just using measurements from my kiddo and putting it together just by looking at the pattern online. I was hoping for more so all in all, I wouldn't purchase again, but it is a very cute final product and its nice to have measurements for other sizes besides my girl if I decided to sew as a gift.

Super easy and measurements right on except lenght. Needs to be longer for the maxi lenght.

Super Easy and CUTE!
I haven't sewn in some time, so I was a little nervous to give the Hattie a try. But let me tell ya, this pattern is so well put together! The instructions are super clear and easy to understand. It went together very quickly and turned out adorable!

its an adorable dress and everything about the pattern was easy....EXCEPT the part where you attach the straps to the bodice. The picture wasnt clear and I had a hard time with this. I talked to others and they said the same thing...I recommend looking it up on youtube because I didnt have that and this made me spend an excessive amount of time on this part of the pattern. But otherwise is a supercute dress.

Fun and easy dress
I loved this pattern! I had a bit of a "duh" moment when it came to attaching the straps to the bodice, I wished the instructions had been clearer. But for anyone with experience sewing dresses (or maybe just someone with a brain that actually works haha) it is probably obvious! Other than that little hiccup the instructions were great and I had a lot of fun making it :)
