These adorable ruffle shorts have a fun and simple design that will be a perfect addition to any spring or summer outfit! They look adorable with all of our top patterns, but their little sassy design looks cute paired with a *gasp* store bought shirt as well! For use only with knit fabrics. 
The sky is the limit now let’s see what YOU can do with it!
 
This pattern is created with the same rise in the front and in the back for a more modest look.  If you prefer a more modern, low rise front, you can use the blog below to achieve that look!

  • A 12-page and a 15-page instant download pattern with thorough, uncomplicated step-by-step instructions accompanied by color photos that allow you to follow along with ease from start to finish.
  • Computer drawn pattern pieces you can print over and over again; no more patterns that rip or tear! 
 
Please note that PDF patterns differ from traditional sewing patterns, and not all PDF designers have the same style. We prefer to give measurements for simple rectangles instead of rectangular pattern pieces to save your time, paper, ink, and tape. You will only receive pattern pieces for curved portions of the garment, and you will follow the cutting chart for the remaining pieces.

    This pattern is my grandaughters favorite shorts!She loves how they fit and the ruffles are just too cute! The pattern was so easy (and I don't sew with knits much) but it was so easy and they fit so well.

    Just so darn adorable on my little! Really easy to follow tutorial. Love the pattern comes in multiple sizes and is easy to print from home. CKC makes ruffles easy!

    This a great pattern for those new to knit. It was the first thing I made in knit and I have since made several. It's a fairly quick sew too
