Love the sleeve options with this one. It's so nice to have a pattern with some eye catching details that are not over the top.

    easy and comfy

I usually see for my daughter but I loved the look of this dress. It's a perfect fit and comfortable. It's flattering to the figure. And as always, CKC has easy to read and follow instructions.

    Great Pattern

I normally don't like sewing for myself because what I sew looks homemade and not something that I would want to wear out in public. This dress has changed that for me! I have made 5 dresses with this pattern in just a couple of weeks. I made 2 for my college age daughter and 3 for myself. Thanks to this pattern, I am trying out other women's patterns.

Easy to make and I received loads of compliments!

I sewed this up in a red and black plaid flannel for my daughter's sorority mother-daughter event at her university. I added black piping to the neckline and the sleeve hems and made the hem 3 inches deep so that it would hang nicely. I wore a black belt, boots and a scarf along with a red blazer. My 20yr and 26yr old daughters both want me to make one for them!
