This sweet design is the perfect staple for Spring and Summer wardrobes! Choose either the romper version with scallop shorts detail and front pockets or the top version with the perfect little scallop peplum skirt. The flutters on the elongated bodice make this design fun and whimsical. The elastic back gives a fitted bodice without the fuss of closures. It's sure to please any little girl.

    So versatile and fun!

Posted by Patty on 10th May 2020

Instantly became one of my favorite patterns after using it for a character sew challenge. It was fun to sew and just the right amount of challenging (with crystal-clear instructions to get you through). My daughter doesn't usually care much about clothing but she couldn't stop petting her ruffles. She loved it!
