Sewing Days & Spooky Nights 2022: Jack-o-Lantern Vinyl Cut Files

A note from CKC Patterns: We are so thrilled to be sharing some of our favorite past tutorials (and some brand new ones!) this spooky season as part of our Sewing Days & Spooky Nights blog celebration! All October, we will be posting blog patterns on Wednesdays and Fridays! BUT to kick off this cozy time of year (and to coincide with our 30% off site-wide SALE this week!), we are posting a blog tutorial everyday through Sunday!

Today we have the cutest freebie from our designer, Nikki!  Originally from 2016, these vinyl decals can be a fast way to decorate a pumpkin (Raise your hand if you are sick of carving all the family pumpkins on your own!), or would be TOO cute for a Halloween top or costume.  How cute would these faces be on a pumpkin themed Redonda circle bag or a cozy Halloween Hunter Sweatshirt?

Here is a twist on one of the most popular Halloween traditions there is! I'm going to turn you over to Nikki for this fabulous project:

So who’s up for another fun Halloween project today?! Today we have some fun face cut files to use on pumpkins, shirts, bags, etc. These cut files are made to be used on Cricut Explore and Silhouette Cameo machines.

And of course, they're all free!

Click here to download the Cut Files for our Jack-o-Lantern Faces.

These will make for some fun projects with your kids. You can paint the pumpkins and then use vinyl to make sticker faces to stick on or even use them as stencils to carve. You can also use HTV and make the face to go on an orange shirt for a fun Jack-o-lantern shirt!

And in case you don't have a vinyl cutter but want to use the faces for your pumpkins, here are some .jpg files you can print and use as templates the old fashioned way! Simply click the photo you want, download, and print!

A huge thanks to Nikki for putting these together! Now it's YOUR turn to have some fun. Go spread some spooky cheer!  And if you do, make sure to share it with us by tagging us on our Instagram or by posting in our fabulous Facebook community!

Let's Create! ~ Kristen and Nikki
