These adorable double ruffle pants and capris have a unique design and will be a perfect addition to any spring or fall outfit! They were designed to match the Caroline’s Princess Peasant top, but their sassy design makes them cute all on their own as well!     I've given up making pants over and over until we discovered this pattern. Super easy to follow and the bottom ruffle give it something special.
