You will only receive pattern pieces for curved portions of the garment, and you will follow the cutting chart for the remaining pieces.

    cutest shorts ever

Posted by Cheryl Runyan on 8th Jan 2016

I made two pair of Sage shorts and fell in love with them. They are just adorable. Ruffles were time consuming, but, oh, so worth it! I definitely will be making more of Sage shorts.

They are so adorable, and easy to make. I only wish they came in larger girls sizes. I managed to make a size 12 in them though. My grankids love them too.

    I swoon!

I am a sucker for anything nautical or vintage. Put those two things together *and* and ruffles and I swoon over these shorts. They are adorable and practical and the pattern is easy to follow.

    Amazing!!!

I made these in shorts and they are so cute. The ruffles just put this over the top. I haven't seen another pattern out there like it. I love the wasteband as well, it's a much wider band and gives it a great sailor style to it.

    so cute!!!

I made the capris and they were perfect!! I think the hardest part is fabric covering the buttons! Lol I love how the ruffles wrap around the front and that with the elastics in the waist (being multiple) it gives enough security for the weight of the ruffles! I made my ruffles in knit to match the shirt!
